Sometimes it's pretty difficult to coordinate attacks

I would like to see the matchmaking system take the levels of players within the alliance into account.

 Right now it appears that only rank and alliance level are considered. It's not really fun, or competitive, when the game puts an alliance with an average level of 50 up against an alliance with an average level of 70+.

Sometimes it's pretty difficult to coordinate attacks, as a user really has no idea how many people in their alliance are in-game, and what their current status is.

The only way to communicate with each other is on the alliance message board, and not everyone is looking at the forum board consistently. It would be nice if there was something in the interface that gave the user this information.
